i write to you, hooked up to a router in a “corporate apartment” apparently leased by one of the business groups of the company that bought the company i work for. I’m in white plains new york. metro north is rolling outside my window. i have a roommate, named chuck. who, looks exactly like wawa, well maybe less 10 pounds (sorry wawa) but speaks with a heavy indian accent. he seems nice. he didn’t want to drink my knob creek (fucker) he’s been on the road 5 days a week for 2 years (see natty it could be worse) tomorrow i drive to a semi high profile client in yonkers new york. if i can get the civic out of valet parking in time.

its’ funny, for living 45 mins away as a teenager, i think i’ve been to white plains 3 times. all to to go the mall, (they had a crate and barrel), my first food court experience was here. beyond that, i have no knowledge of this town. it looks like it’s received a recent schlacking of new buildings and redevelopment, much like stamford. this means it’s clean, but empty after 8 pm, so empty that you’re afraid to go out b/c, shit if it’s this empty then the bad people must be watching, and they’re gonna get you. but what you don’t know is that it’s so empty that the bad people don’t watch b/c, well there’s no business.

the corp apartment has a crib and 100 toys and actually a lot of size 4 diapers that i’m tempted to snag for the capt. but no towels. so i think i’ll pat my self dry tomorrow with cruisers. thing that kills me is i asked if needed to bring a towel, and i was told no. grr.

more later.

Just so you know that is a picture of the IBM Mothership (AKA Corp HQ). Its much more futuristic when viewed on the ground.
