Yeah, that is weird. Maybe Maestro did not need to lower the price on his house afterall. I did notice on the listing, though, that he only has one bathroom and NO AC!! No half bath and he still has the ugly neon green plastic chairs on the porch that were there when he moved in. Hopefully the house will sell quickly and the new people get rid of those ugly chairs.
