as it appears that, at least for the short term, i’ll be working from home mostly, i’m thinking of dusting off the guitar. and i wanna start a band. a late 80’s early 90’s hardcore band. today whilst shaving i realized there are so many homeowner related nouns that would make great band names. forget quicksand or helmet.
i think i want to go with brickface. or recip saw. Escrow? PMI? StormDoor–
imagine the flyers “from balitmore md, CbGb’s sunday matinee–BRICKFACE
all the songs will be about contractors not calling back. paint not sticking–drafts-freezing pipes.
i think i’m on to something here.

Better yet, you can have people from the neighborhood all be in the band. Each one will play a different yard tool. The weed eater, spreader, hedge trimmers, etc. Each one makes a very distinct noise. You could be like the Balmer Man Group or something.
