well not really props for me, but for that anti-hummer2 (must be specific, lest you think i’m against hummers–nudge nudge, wink wink say no more)….

anyway, as my 4 faithful readers will remember, henry found some sort of rodent hole in the back yard about 2 weeks ago, and seemed to dig up a coupla baby rodents, rats/mice, i dunno. this of course brought back terrible memories of the rat bastard battles…so i kicked in my anti rodent action plan.

Now that we have the henry, i have to careful about what i do to kill the little fuckers, so i find myself much more knowledgable about rat poison that i ever thought i could be….you see the majority of rat poisons are anti-coagulats, which i dunno exaclty what that means, i assume that it makes the blood inside the little fucker melt their intestines, but who knows. The problem with these poisons involves “non target” animals–so if something eats or messes with the dead rat, they could ingest the poison–and that’s bad.

So apparently there’s a new type of stuff that hits the central nervous system, and kills’em very quickly. the kill does is very small so 2ndary animals (hawks and other predators, we have tons of those here in the city…) arent’ effected.

So i ordered up a variety pack of various poisons from the company that sold me the T-rex super trap. then after that…i found this new fangled “non poisonous poison“. seems like an oxymoron…no? apparently this makes the rodents not absorb water, in essence they croak out of dehydration. sounds fun, duddin it? i guess this stuff is totally non toxic to animals other than the icky evil doer ones. so i ordered up a box.

it arrived yesterday. Now it’s weird, but even though this site is on the public interweb, i forget that people that i don’t know, could , and perhaps actually, find it and look at it. When i placed my order, i used one of my many xyz@jefke.com email addresses, and some clever person at the rat poison warehouse saw the domain, and looked at the site….how do i know? on the packing slip they wrote “FUH2.com….great site”. i was taken a back. i mean the person looked at this site, and then clicked through to the fuck the hummer site, and then was compelled to comment. i dunno if said person still visits… (feel free to introduce yourself) but it’s just weird. not weird in a bad way, and not weird that they came to the site, but weird, that i forget that anyone that wants to can visit…hell i even tried to get traffic for a while….and here i am now, surprised when i get an indication of an “outsider”. ok i’m a freak, and i just wanted an excuse to talk about rat poison. but still…..
