So just to update all 3 of you:

Company 2 apparently was not as impressed as the recuiter led on, the did not call back. So yesterday at 1:30 i accepted the offer from company 1 (the office park company). just to keep things in keeping with the twilight zone aspect of everything, I also got a call from my temp agency lady with a semi long term, higher than normal paying tech oriented temp job (she didn’t get into specifics), so although not a formal job offer, it is in keeping with everything happening at once.

and so now begins the car search….do i go for the a4 i’ve wanted since the glory days of 1999 (actually that’s be the year i’d get prolly) do i get another jetta (reported to be the #1 car of the gay community..hmmm) or maybe a golf or GTI….
or finally, do i get some kia type pice o shit and either 1) never change the oil and treat it like a rental, or 2) take 5 grand and trick it out all fast and furious like…after all i am in maryland and gonna be working in an office park.

ok , strike that kia idea.
