Well, I can’t say that it’s totally a bad thing, but Natasha was canned on Thursday. So that makes us a duel-dole family. Now, I’m not really a person that’s into cosmic issues, but it would appear that we (or me?) pissed someone off someplace, sometime, somewhere over something. Or maybe NYC is just giving us a not so subtle hint to get the hell out. I dunno. Nevertheless, I guess we won’t be dropping that downpayment on that brownstone, at least not anytime soon.
In brighter news, good ole’ “W” finally signed that economic stimulus bill, so unofficially I’m eligible for 13 more weeks of unemployment bene’s. There’s a very high chance that jefke.com might be hitting the road soon.
